Barmentech Formation
Website terms of use
Terms for using the public Barmentech Formation website and requesting a service evaluation.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Website purpose and acceptance
These Terms govern use of the public Barmentech Formation website. By accessing or using it, you agree to use the website lawfully and consistently with these Terms.
Informational website and no automatic client relationship
The website provides general information about Barmentech services. Visiting the website, submitting a Contact form, opening WhatsApp, sending email, or submitting a Privacy Request does not automatically establish a professional or paid service relationship.
A service relationship begins only after Barmentech confirms acceptance, scope, applicable service terms, and any required payment.
Requests, evaluations, quotes, and service acceptance
Contact and tax-service evaluation submissions are requests for review. Barmentech may request additional information or records before confirming availability, eligibility, scope, or price, and may decline requests outside its available scope or operational capacity.
Public starting prices are not universal final quotes. A quote applies only when Barmentech confirms it in writing under the relevant service terms.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information; reviewing documents, summaries, and confirmations; and responding to requests needed to perform an accepted service. Customers remain responsible for obligations or deadlines that Barmentech has not expressly accepted in writing.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, banking credentials, identity documents, tax records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the public Contact form.
Prices, third-party costs, payments, cancellations, and refunds
Starting prices are not universal final prices. Government fees, registered-agent charges, provider fees, and other third-party costs may vary. Final scope and price must be confirmed before paid work begins.
Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the applicable written quote or service agreement.
Third-party services and independent decisions
Independent third parties may include state and federal agencies, the IRS, registered-agent providers, banks and financial-technology providers, payment processors, address, mail, phone, domain, hosting, technology, accounting, and tax providers. Their eligibility requirements, availability, fees, processing times, reviews, decisions, and approvals remain outside Barmentech’s control.
Tax and compliance services
Public tax information is general. Tax services depend on the customer’s facts, entity classification, ownership, residency, activity, records, deadlines, and confirmed scope.
When an accepted service includes paid federal tax-return preparation, it is performed by a tax return preparer with a valid PTIN. The PTIN number is not published through the website. Filing method and availability are confirmed as part of the service scope. Representation before the IRS or another authority is not included unless separately confirmed in writing by a person authorized to provide that representation.
Acceptable website use
Do not use the website illegally, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, conduct automated abuse, probe or attack the website, or misuse protected content.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, text, graphics, and approved assets belong to Barmentech or their applicable licensors. They may not be reproduced, misused, or used unlawfully without permission.
External links and availability
External links are provided for convenience. Independent destinations have their own terms and privacy practices, and Barmentech does not control their content or continued availability. Website content and availability may change.
Website information and reasonable limitations
Barmentech seeks to keep public information useful and current, but it may not cover every visitor’s circumstances. Service-specific obligations and responsibilities are governed by the accepted written service agreement.
Service-specific agreements
Purchased services are governed by their confirmed scope and applicable service-specific agreement. These website Terms do not replace those agreements. If an accepted service agreement conflicts with general website information, the accepted service-specific agreement governs that service.
Changes to these Terms
Barmentech may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, its services, or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
