Barmentech Formation

Privacy Notice

How the current public Barmentech Formation website and Contact form handle personal information.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to the current public Barmentech Formation website, its localized public pages, the Contact form, the online privacy-request intake, lead and privacy-request records created from those submissions, operational email notifications and visitor confirmations, and basic hosting and security logs.

This notice will be reviewed before Barmentech adds or materially changes analytics, advertising pixels, authentication, a Client Portal, payments, document uploads, tax-document intake, customer accounts, additional automated decision-making, or material new third-party processing. The Client Portal is not currently available.

Who is responsible for your information

Barmentech LLC is responsible for information handled under this notice. You may contact Barmentech at support@barmentech.com, +1 (786) 391-8722, or +506 7006-7572. Public offices listed by Barmentech are 1110 Brickell Ave #400K-101, Miami, Florida 33131, United States, and Oficentro Momentum Pinares, Piso 4 – Republic Workspace, Sánchez, Curridabat, San José 11803, Costa Rica.

Information we collect

Through the Contact form, Barmentech collects full name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country, optional company, service of interest, inquiry message, selected page language, source site, optional campaign information, optional UTM source, medium, and campaign, and privacy-consent status and timestamp. Lead records also contain lead status, internal-notification delivery status, visitor-confirmation delivery status, and creation and update timestamps.

Technical information may be processed for operation and security, including IP address, browser or user-agent information, timestamps, requested routes or pages, and security or diagnostic logs. Barmentech does not state that every infrastructure provider collects every technical category.

Do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card or banking information, tax returns or tax records, Social Security numbers, ITINs, EIN documents, identity documents, government-issued identification numbers, confidential corporate records, or other sensitive documents through the public website. When sensitive information is legitimately required for an authorized service, Barmentech will provide a separate secure channel.

How we use information

Barmentech may use information to receive, review, and respond to inquiries; understand the requested service; communicate with the visitor; prepare for a potential service discussion; deliver operational notifications and confirmations; maintain lead records; identify campaign or referral sources; protect the form and website from spam, abuse, fraud, or security threats; troubleshoot and maintain operations; comply with applicable legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims when necessary.

Submitting a form does not automatically create a client, professional, legal, tax-advisory, or contractual relationship, and does not confirm eligibility, approval, price, or any outcome.

Consent and required information

The Contact form identifies required and optional fields. Before submission, a visitor must affirmatively confirm that they have read this Privacy Notice and agree that Barmentech may use the submitted information to review and respond to the inquiry.

Where applicable, consent may be withdrawn for future processing. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate processing already performed lawfully. If required information is not provided, Barmentech cannot receive or evaluate the inquiry through the form.

Service providers and disclosures

Barmentech does not sell or rent personal information. It may provide information to contracted service providers acting on its behalf when necessary to operate the website, host infrastructure, store lead information, deliver email, maintain security, or troubleshoot services. Current operational categories include hosting or infrastructure, database or storage, and transactional email delivery. Resend is currently used for transactional email delivery; this notice will be updated if that provider changes.

Service providers may process only the information necessary for their assigned function, subject to their terms and applicable contractual or legal obligations. Barmentech may also disclose information when required by law or lawful process, to protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or complete a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

International processing

Barmentech LLC operates in connection with the United States and Costa Rica. Service providers may process information in other jurisdictions, where privacy and data-protection rules may differ. Barmentech uses service providers and safeguards appropriate to the operational context and applicable obligations; it does not guarantee that information remains exclusively in Costa Rica or exclusively in the United States.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for an inquiry, follow-up, operational records, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or the establishment and defense of claims. Retention may differ if a visitor becomes a client.

Information no longer required should be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of where appropriate. Deletion requests remain subject to applicable legal, contractual, tax, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and dispute-related requirements.

Security

Barmentech uses safeguards appropriate to its current public operation, including server-side validation, restricted database access, transport encryption when deployed through HTTPS, spam and abuse controls, rate limiting, honeypot protection, security headers, controlled operational email delivery, and access limited by operational need. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request confirmation of whether Barmentech holds your information; access; correction or updating; deletion or suppression; withdrawal of consent for future processing; and information about use and recipients. You may submit a request through the online intake below or contact support@barmentech.com.

Submitting a privacy request records the request only; it does not mean that a requested action has been completed. Barmentech may need to verify a requester’s identity or clarify scope before acting, and will provide a secure channel if documentation is legitimately necessary. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive records through the public form or ordinary email.

You may also email formation@barmentech.com.

Privacy request

Do not include passwords, banking information, identity documents, government identification numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive information. If documentation is required to verify your identity, we will provide a secure channel.

Children and minors

This website and its services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Barmentech does not knowingly seek personal information from children or minors without appropriate authorization. A minor should not submit the public form without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal representative where required.

If Barmentech learns that it collected personal information from a child or minor without required authorization, it will delete the information or take other steps required by applicable law. A parent or legal representative may contact support@barmentech.com. Barmentech does not perform age verification through this website.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current public Formation website does not intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral-advertising technologies. The Contact form does not store submitted information in browser local storage or cookies.

Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical logs or use strictly necessary security mechanisms. No nonessential-cookie banner is currently displayed because no nonessential-cookie system has been implemented. This section will be updated before analytics, advertising pixels, nonessential cookies, authentication, or similar tracking functionality is added.

Third-party websites and services

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other external services lead to independent providers with their own privacy practices. Barmentech does not control those providers’ independent processing after you leave the Barmentech website.

Barmentech may update this notice to reflect current operations, legal obligations, or material changes to processing. The date at the top identifies the latest version. This notice is an operational explanation of current practices and is not legal advice or a statement that every privacy law applies to Barmentech.
